Your orders will be shipped within 1 business day. Your orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Due to any problems that may occur, the specified period may be slightly exceeded due to busy periods during New Year's Eve, holidays and special days.
In case of any problem regarding delivery, our customer services will contact you via e-mail or phone.
For payments made via money order/EFT, the above-mentioned process will start after the payment reaches our account.
When your products are shipped, you will be informed via e-mail and SMS. After this stage, you can track the status of your cargo from the My Orders section or www.araskargo.com.
DELIVERY TIME

(Average time determined by private cargo companies) If there is no cargo branch in your location, it is called "mobile zone" and delivery is made on certain days of the week. DAMAGED CARGO
The cargo company is responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation. For this reason, when your order reaches you, we kindly request you to open your package in the presence of the cargo officer and make sure that the products inside are undamaged.
